LagerShed - Campaign Strategy, Rebranding
As part of a 5-person team, I helped lead a comprehensive rebranding campaign for Lagershed, a local brewery facing declining engagement. With a $100K budget, we developed a full-funnel strategy including $60K in vertical OOH placements, $11K each on Facebook and Instagram ads, and $10K toward a website redesign. The remaining budget was allocated for mid-campaign reinvestment based on performance metrics, allowing for agile optimization. Our goal was to revive brand perception and drive measurable awareness across key channels.
